for insight from God’s Holy Spirit to properly understand our convictions in light of God’s Word. It is our prayer that the materials presented here are true to this standard. We believe that salvation is solely by the grace of God through personal faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. The righteousness of Christ, through faith in him, is put on our account. The penalty for my sin was fully paid by the price of the cross through the shedding of the blood of the Lord Jesus Christ. The Lord Jesus became a curse and propitiation as my substitute, bearing the full penalty of the wrath of God, and then arose bodily from the dead. We believe fully in the doctrines of grace. I believe with all of my heart that salvation is of the Lord. God is not only working out his eternal plan in history for the whole world, (Eph. 1:11), he is working out a glorious plan for me personally, (Phil. 2:13). All I am, and all my safety in the Lord Jesus Christ is by the eternal decree and grace of God. He loved me before time with an everlasting love, and his sovereign grace applied that love to me in history. He effectually called me to himself, and will keep me safely to his eternal kingdom.
