The parking lot is looking good. We are looking forward to the temperatures improving, you joining us for Sunday School, Worship and our Souper Bowl Sunday fellowship luncheon. When bringing your food tomorrow, go in the west door of the fellowship hall (by the HVAC units). There is still some ice by the front fellowship hall entrance. If you did not have a chance to sign up to bring something to the lunch, please bring sandwiches, desserts, crackers and / or tea. Pray for God to do a great work in our services. Thank you!

The inclement weather committee has contacted me and has canceled services tonight, February 4. Our parking lot is very treacherous. It is still a solid sheet of ice. Temperatures will be 55° Saturday. We plan to have sunday school and worship on Sunday. Share this information as needed. Continue to call and check on your neighbors and 2 or 3 of our church family members. It is extremely slick. If you get out between now and Friday, be extremely careful. Please do not hesitate to call me or a church family member if you need anything. We have a couple of church family members with four wheel drives and can get to you if needed.

"For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given. For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Savior, which is Christ the Lord. For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." (Isaiah 9:6; Luke 2:11; John 3:16)

May we ponder these verses as we enter a night of rest this Christmas day. Jesus is the reason we celebrate Christmas.
