21 Days of Prayer Week 1: Prayer of Transformation
One of our members, Dustin, shared that his testimony isn’t one of instant, miraculous transformation. It’s been a learning process—real moments in everyday life where God’s grace continues to meet him and change him.
And often, that’s what transformation looks like for us too. It’s not always one big moment, but a continual work of God in our hearts, our thoughts, and the way we live. That’s the picture Paul gives us in Romans 12: “Let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think.”
Because so much of our transformation begins in our thoughts, shaping how we respond, how we treat people, and the choices we make. It happens in ordinary moments when we’re frustrated, under pressure, or deciding whether to respond with grace.
And those everyday moments can become a prayer: God, search my heart. Change the way I think. Change the way I respond. Keep making me more like You. Transformation is a process of growth and becoming. So during these 21 Days of Prayer, ask yourself: Where do I need to invite God to transform me?
