Update - if you come by Mission Marshall looking for food for animals or composting this is our procedure.

1. Items will be placed outside on the small concrete pad at 1pm.
2. Items will be thrown away at 2pm.
3. No dumpster digging. We will call it in to Marshall PD as trespassing if we find you in our dumpsters.
4. We aren't trying to be mean. It feels very unsafe when our staff is here alone and people are outside in our dumpsters. It is a food safety and people safety issue.

Monday Food Pantry for June and July will be prepacked items, frozen meat, and produce. If you want to walk through the pantry and select your own items you will NEED to come on Tuesday, Wednesday, or the first Saturday of June. We are closed the first Saturday of July.

Beautiful things happen at Mission Marshall everyday. Some of our favorites are the ways our volunteers love one another. Like the volunteers who brought a box of another volunteer's newly discovered favorite snack for her. A small act of care that showed they listened to one another. And a shared joy multiplied the joy.

Hey, it's _______ and I got to come over today and y 'all helped me with getting some food and everything. And I'm just so grateful and I cry all the time But I've been wanting some red beans and rice and then y'all had some red beans in the back to cook And then y'all gave me a misc. sack and it already had red beans and rice cooked. I just wanted to tell y 'all thank you.

Friends, We could use 2 more shoppers to walk our neighbors needing groceries through the pantry from 11:45am until 2pm. If you can help please come on out. Ring the bell at the side door for entry.
