NWIL Senior Adult Ministries ~ Singspiration and Ice Cream Social at Eureka Grace Nazarene 🍦🍨

You SING! I SING! We all SING for ICE CREAM!!!

We are EXCITED to announce that on Saturday, June 20th at 1:00 PM the NWIL Senior Adult Ministries (SAM) will be hosting an Old Fashioned Singspiration and Ice-cream Social at Eureka Grace Church. This is our first event that we have had in quite a while and it is going to be FABULOUS! We will have an hour of singing hymns and other songs that are dear to our hearts, as well as hearing special music done by our own talent around the district. We will gather to make our own Ice-cream Sundaes and a time for fellowship afterwards.

If you would like to stop for a meal before or after the event there are some really great restaurants nearby: Braker's and Cornerstone Restaurants are in Eureka and Busy Corner in Goodfield is always a favorite as well. Please text Gretta Nash @ 309-339-4744 by Thursday, June 18th to let her know how many are attending from your church. We look forward to seeing you there!

Celebrate Life highlights

Regional Celebrate Life begins today and continues through Saturday. It is being held at Olivet Nazarene University in Bourbonnais, IL. This is a chance for students to showcase their God given talents in areas such as arts, photography and various sports. Students attending are: Josh Libner, Brendan Simpson, Maddox Smith and Aidan Witalka. Sponsors are: Sue Angell and Jazzmyn DeFord. A big Thank you to Keith Witalka for driving our students and sponsors to Celebrate Life!

Our youth group had the opportunity to tour the Middle East Conflicts Wall and Museum on Sunday afternoon. We want to Thank Jim Buckingham for taking the time to guide the tour and answer questions.
