What an incredible start to the 94th Annual Session of the Westside Missionary Baptist Association!

More than 300 people gathered for Sunday School Day to study God’s Word and enjoy fellowship.

At 4:00 p.m., the Westside Mass Choir lifted the roof with 145 voices, as more than 1,200 worshippers filled Morning Star Baptist Church in praise.

God is doing great things in Westside, and there’s more to come. You should be apart.

We’re believing God for 150 voices united in praise, power, and purpose. No matter your range or experience—if you’ve got a voice, you’ve got a place!

Westside is on the move!

These past few days have been a powerful reminder that our association is visible and about our Father’s business—networking, ministering, and spreading the love of Christ throughout our community. We’ve been busy, but truly blessed!

Here’s a quick recap:
🎶 Friday, March 6 – Our Westside Mass Choir participated in the NCGCC Regional Musical. We shared the stand and packed the choir loft, lifting our voices together in praise to God.

⚖️ Friday Evening – Our Social Justice Ministry, led by First Lady Margie Loud Zeno, hosted an informative dialogue with state legislators and community partners regarding the upcoming legislative session and important issues affecting our communities.

🙏 Saturday, March 7 – Our Ministers’ Wives & Widows Ministry held an amazing Prayer Brunch. First Lady Sean Johnson blessed us with an incredible Word! The fellowship was uplifting and the food was delicious. It was truly standing room only!

So what has Westside been doing? We are sharing an unchanging Gospel with a changing generation.

And now… on to our 95th Annual Session!

🌿✨ Here We Grow Again, Westside! ✨🌿

Westside Missionary Baptist Association has officially added another full-member church to our family!

Please help us welcome Pastor Richard Williams and the New Hope Baptist Church of Hahnville, Louisiana!

Since last June, Westside has added four (4) new member churches. This is God’s favor. That is vision. That is unity. That is growth!

To God be the glory for the great things He has done!
