The 2026 Michigan Annual Conference begins with the theme “Love Boldly,” drawn from The United Methodist Church’s new vision statement and rooted in Christ’s commandment to love one another.

Today’s Daily News includes Friday’s highlights, a preview of Opening Worship at 1 p.m., mission opportunities including Rice Meal Packing, the Zero-K fundraiser and Mission Festival, and reflections from Michigan churches answering the question, “How does your church love boldly?”
