WHAT IT MEANS TO BEAR GOD'S NAME
When we call God "Father," we're declaring that He is the source of our life and we are His children.
That's us rehearsing our identity, reminding ourselves whose we are.
Your family name carries something. Traditions, values, the things your parents knit into you. Calling God "Father" works the same way.
It means we're Kingdom-oriented, Jesus-following, faith-filled, love-driven, and Spirit-guided.
We bring joy into every room. We make peace, even when things fall apart. We're generous and gentle-hearted.
Only by the power of His Spirit can we be more oriented toward His Kingdom than our own. That's what it means to bear His name.
