The first baptism in the history of our church took place in Gates Pond (now Lake Williams) in 1868.

This Sunday, June 21, we continue that legacy as we celebrate Baptism Sunday together (not in Lake Williams, but during the service at FBC).

Join us this Sunday, 21 June 2026, as we witness lives being changed and stories of faith being shared.

Come celebrate with us and be encouraged by what God is doing in our church family.

Jeremiah 32:27 reminds us that no situation is beyond God’s power, no matter how impossible it may seem.

God’s sovereignty and power remains unchanged even when our circumstances feel overwhelming or impossible. What appears impossible from our perspective is never beyond His ability to accomplish.

Who doesn’t love a comeback story?

God is not constrained by anyone’s past or status.

He meets genuine faith with grace and has the power to redeem every life, no matter your history or how it has been perceived by others.

Your past may explain your journey, but it does not define your future or limit where God can lead you.

What an incredible service today!

In “An Unexpected Faith”, we looked at Rahab’s story and were reminded that God sees beyond our past and welcomes all who come to Him in faith. His grace is bigger than our mistakes, and His mercy reaches farther than we can imagine.

No matter where you’ve been or what you’ve done, God is still writing your story. ✨
