This week we celebrated our "10th Year" serving our Avoyelles parish and out of our parish here at Marksville Ministry Outreach. My heart is overflowing with so many happy tears to see the great success over the years. A big shout out to my workers on their dedication here. I love them with all my heart bc without them it could not go on. We have done each year with the school supplies and Christmas backpack program. Kids are so happy to receive items. Also we are grateful for all your donations that come in from all over. So many times I'll tell people that you might not work here but you are part of serving here with us at the ministry. Also we serve the homeless and the ones that are struggling in meeting their needs. All in all we thank our sweet Lord to continue giving our health and each other as the years go by..

Celebrated another year 2025 for our Christmas Backpacks at The Marksville Ministry Outreach to be given out. A great joy to see the kids happy faces to those who received one. Also we fixed hotdogs, drinks and potato chips to each one. The story of Jesus was shared with them. I want to thank the special people so much from Alabama who brought the backpacks to us and helped. Such an awesome blessing. Merry Christmas To Everyone

Please Bring It To The End Of Your Drive Way Or To The Parish Barn To Get It Off Of Your Hands. Thank You For Your Understanding

Today was a great day in giving out Christmas Backpacks to the children. So many happy faces. Many thanks to Mr. Marshall and his wife Janell and his church in providing the backpacks for us. Also a thank you to Ms. Carol on telling the story of Jesus and singing songs. The workers had a great time on setting up the backpacks. Merry Christmas To Everyone. Share the Love of Jesus

The Ministry has given out several book sacks for the childrens school year. They were so happy to get one. We praying for the parents, children, teachers and other staff members to have a great and safe year. Many blessings to Everyone 😊

Dacota Ashlock and his friend loaded their trailer with toys to bring to the children in Allen and Vernon Parish for their Christmas. Such humble men in taking care of the little children. May God bless these two guys ❤️

On Dec. 9th our yearly Christmas Backpacks were given out. Mrs June Charrier shared the story of Jesus. The kids were so happy in receiving their backpacks. The Lord held back the rain for us on this special event. We Wish Everyone A Merry Christmas

Today was an awesome day for a dream to come true for Noah. He always wanted to be a football player. He is 13 yrs old and has been diagnosed as a small boy with autism. He is very smart. Many thanks to Brent Scallan in helping out in providing the football and the helmet. The ministry with the outfit. You ask him what team he is supporting and he says the Marksville Team. Go Tigers!!
