He is Risen!

Happy Easter CrossKids!

Today we celebrate the greatest gift of all, Jesus’ love and the hope we have because He is alive!

What a blessing it is, getting to teach your children about God’s truth, His promises, and His never ending love. Our prayer is that this Easter fills your hearts and homes with joy, peace, and the reminder that new life is found in Him!

We have started memorizing the books of the Bible and introduced a song on Wednesday to help it stick! This version covers old and new testaments and we are focusing on the first half, the Old Testament!

We would love to hear the kids start to memorize these and will have some special rewards when they get it!

Good Morning CrossKids! ☀️

Things are starting to get busy around here, so here are a few important events to keep an eye on in the coming days and weeks!

1. Nerf, Nails, and Nachos is happening THIS Saturday from 5–8pm! We’ll start by enjoying nachos together, then split into our Nerf and nails groups for some fun activities before coming back together for a huge Nerf war to finish the night. It’s going to be an absolute blast, and we hope to see everyone there!

2. CrossKids will be singing during the Palm Sunday Service on March 29th. We would love for all of our kids to be part of this special morning, so please try to make plans to attend! More details about what time to arrive for practice will be coming soon.

3. Our Easter Egg Hunt will take place on Easter Sunday morning at 10:30am, between Sunday School and the Easter Service. Kids and parents will be dismissed early from Sunday School and will meet in the CrossKids Room before heading out for the hunt. More information will be in the bulletin this Sunday, so be sure to keep an eye out!

We are so excited for all the fun and special moments coming up with our CrossKids families. We can’t wait to see you all soon! 💛
