First Christian Church of Marion Sunday School 10:00-11:00 am every Sunday

Worship services start at 11:00 am and 6:00 pm every Sunday

Bible Study Wednesdays at 6:00 pm Hart, Mr. & Mrs.

In 1957, The Marion Christian Church was established by Mr. & Mrs. Bruce Buchannan, Dr. & Mrs. M A McCall, & Mr. & Mrs. Everett Roark, and the pastor at that time was Hugh Jerrett. Members held services in an apartment in Marion. later they moved to a house on the corner of South Garden St. & Spring St. In 1960, the Church moved to its present location on Rutherford Rd. & sometime in mid to late 6

0's became "First Christian Church of Marion." In 2005 a new addition was added on. Charter members are Dr. & Mrs. M A McCall. Some of the oldest members are Odessa Jones, Will & Helen Hall, Jane Hall, Tommy Hall, Lib Huskins Hoilman, and W.T. & Barbara Broadwell. Through spiritual leadership of former minister Jim Huskins & present pastor Don O Mitchell the Lord has blessed the little church by the side of the road.
