Yến Vy Join us for worship this Sunday!
9:30am and 11:00am We are working to become a congregation built around VERBS.

That does not just mean "busy", but about doing the things that honor God and lift up the amazing Jesus, Son of God and our Savior. We are not fundamentalist in style, although we believe in the biblical basics and fundamental teachings. We try to avoid judgmental attitudes and prefer love and grace as the best context for truth. We would rather build bridges to others rather than walls between us

. We are made up of a wide variety of church backgrounds, including returnees to the church and those with a history of no church. Our connections are Wesleyan, which is of the Methodist heritage. Our worship services consider elements of tradition, and yet press ahead to stay contemporary and relevant. The four verbs that drive our sense of mission are: REACH, GROW, WORSHIP AND SERVE. All of this is in the context of connecting people to God, through Christ, and connecting people to one another and our world. We would welcome you checking us out and asking any questions you have. Your involvement would help us continue to become who we are meant to be!

We invite married couples to kickoff the new marriage ministry here at Dayspring by attending the Chili Cook-Off. Bring the heat (and your spouse) along with your favorite chili. Not a chili chef? Bring a dessert to share. Enjoy a cozy bonfire (weather permitting) and fellowship with other married couples. Learn about upcoming plans/events and bring your ideas. 𝐒𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟏𝟒 / 𝟐-𝟑:𝟑𝟎𝐩𝐦 / 𝐎𝐒𝐔 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝐨𝐧𝐝

Men, it’s time to get out the fishing poles and join us for a fishing derby. Plan to meet at the pond’s bridge at 2pm and bring your friends, sons, & grandsons (under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult). Cost is $5 per person which includes fishing worms. If you need a fishing pole, we can provide one that day; just indicate how many poles will be needed when you sign up and pay at the Information Desk. A fishing license is required for anyone over the age of 16. Prizes, drawings and an encouraging word will wrap up the derby.

GriefShare is a 13-session, Christ-centered grief support group program. Each session, attendees will meet with others who are grieving the death of someone close. GriefShare is built around three components, which work together to help group members get and stay on the path of healing. When people are committed to all 3 parts, (group discussion, video seminar & participate guide) they experience the deepest levels of peace and healing. Love kids? Love Jesus? We need to talk. Dayspring Kids and Dayspring Youth are looking for leaders willing to pour into the lives of our next generation of kids and students. Serve anywhere from twice a month on Sundays with the Dayspring Kids, to every Wednesday evening with the Youth, or multiple other opportunities in between.
