Hello friends and neighbors! Please do not forget to join us tomorrow for our Labor Day Hog Roast. We will begin serving food at 10 and continue until 2 or until we run out. We are looking forward to seeing everyone INSIDE the community center this year.

Hello friends and neighbors! Please join us on Labor Day for our Annual Hog Roast. We will be opening up the community center for the day and having a full menu and bake sale. The outdoor yard sale spots will be offered 10x15 spot for $10.

This is Pastor Kathy Herr of Meeker/New Bloomington UMC and I want to remind everyone of the Meeker Community Center. We are open and taking reservations for Graduation parties, showers, family get togethers etc. We had a celebration of life this past Saturday and it was a wonderful event and very well attended. We were even able to serve food to folks that coincided with CDC guidelines. There are sanitation stations and masks available at the facility. With things starting to open up we are grateful for the interaction that was felt at this event. If you are not comfortable with meeting inside we also have a shelter that is available for use with electricity running to it. Our church basement is another option if you are having a smaller event and is available for use as well. We are so happy to be able to reach out into our community and provide this place where people can gather and share time with one another.
