Today, we celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ! This day is a powerful reminder that death has been defeated, hope is alive, and love has won.

Resurrection Day is important because it confirms God’s promise of salvation. Jesus’ sacrifice on the cross paid the price for our sins. Because He lives, we can face every day with faith, courage, and joy.

“He is not here; for He is risen. Matthew 28:6

Let us rejoice in the promise that we are never alone, and that through Christ, we are made new. May your hearts be filled with peace, love, and the joy of his resurrection today and always.

💛 He is Risen! 💛

You are cordially invited to join us in celebrating our 142nd church anniversary.

Theme: Building a church on a firm foundation signifies establishing it upon Jesus Christ and his teachings, ensuring stability against life's storms.

The NSBC family looks forward to seeing you all there.

New Shiloh Baptist Church of Potter Station honors Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

Today, we pause to honor the life, legacy, and prophetic witness of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.—a servant of God who dared to preach justice, love, and righteousness in the face of hatred and oppression.

Dr. King reminded us that “faith is taking the first step even when you don’t see the whole staircase,” and his life stands as a testimony that Christian conviction, courageous leadership, and sacrificial love can transform communities and nations.

As a church, we recommit ourselves to his call:
To love boldly
To serve selflessly
To speak truth with grace
To work tirelessly for justice and equality

May we not only remember his dream—but live it out through faith in action.

“Let justice roll down like waters, and righteousness like a mighty stream.” — Amos 5:24

🎄✨ Merry Christmas, New Shiloh Church Family & Friends! ✨🎄

As we celebrate this beautiful season, we’re reminded that the Gift that still gives is Jesus—the gift of peace, hope, light, life, and love. Long after the wrapping paper is gone and the decorations are put away, His gift remains.

May your homes be filled with joy, your hearts with gratitude, and your lives with the abiding presence of Christ. Thank you for being a loving, faithful church family—walking together in purpose and praise.

From our New Shiloh Baptist Church Family to yours, Merry Christmas! May the Gift…still…give. ❤️✝️🎁
