📰🔥 The Watchman Column | The Serpent and the Chameleon 🐍🎭 When Deception Changes Colors

📖 This Watchman Column exposes one of Satan's oldest strategies: concealment through transformation. The serpent rarely appears as a serpent. Instead, it disguises itself, adapts itself, and presents itself as something trustworthy, holy, and desirable.

🔥 From a Present Truth perspective, Bible prophecy warns that the final deception will not come openly opposing Christianity. It will come clothed in religion, morality, unity, miracles, and counterfeit spirituality.

⚠️ The chameleon changes colors to blend into its surroundings. Likewise, the enemy changes methods, movements, and appearances to gain acceptance among the masses while concealing his true agenda.

⚖️ The issue is not sincerity. Many are sincere. The issue is whether teachings, traditions, and institutions are tested by the Word of God or accepted simply because they are popular, ancient, or widely respected.

🌎 The final crisis will not be a battle between atheism and Christianity alone. It will be a battle between biblical truth and counterfeit religion. Between God's commandments and man's traditions. Between Christ's authority and the authority of human institutions.

📜🐆 The Watchman Scrolls | The Pope’s Deceptive Apology and Babylon’s Merchants of Souls

This Watchman Scrolls visual lesson exposes a sobering prophetic warning from Revelation 18.

The pope’s apology for the Catholic Church’s historic role in slavery may appear to the world as humility, healing, and moral leadership. But from a Bible prophecy perspective, she is unchanged (Jeremiah 13:23), so therefore, we must look deeper.

Babylon is not nameless. Babylon represents the papal system, the Vatican power seated in Rome, a religious and political system that has worked through kings, merchants, nations, and institutions to influence conscience, commerce, and worship.

Revelation 18 reveals Babylon as a power connected to wealth, luxury, trade, political influence, spiritual deception, and the trafficking of human lives.

📖 “The merchandise of gold, and silver, and precious stones... and slaves, and souls of men.” — Revelation 18:12 to 13

The Bible shows that Babylon’s merchant system does not merely deal in products. It deals in people. It deals in bodies. It deals in souls. It deals in human dignity while pretending to defend human dignity.

Rome can apologize for historic injustice, but prophecy warns that the same papal system will seek global moral authority in the final crisis.

The danger is not merely what Rome says about the past. The danger is how Rome uses the past to shape the future.

A public apology can become a platform for moral credibility.

But God has already given the warning.
