Our thoughts and prayers go out to the family and friends of Joe Matthews. We learned this morning that Joe, a long and faithful volunteer and member of the Advisory Board of The Salvation Army here in Marietta, has passed away. Joe’s service to our country and community will not soon be forgotten.
