Un domingo muy bendecido en la Iglesia Episcopal de San Judas. Las clases dominicales comenzaron en un ambiente de enseñanza bíblica y amorosa.
Las clases están dirigidas a niños, jóvenes y adultos.
Gracias a los maestros y voluntarios por su amor y dedicación.
Espero que el domingo de todos haya sido tan maravilloso como el nuestro.
La paz de Dios esté con ustedes.

A very blessed Sunday at St. Jude's Episcopal Church.
The Sunday school classes began in a loving and biblical environment. The classes are for children, youth, and adults.
We thank God for the teachers and volunteers for their love and dedication.

Hoy tuvimos la alegría de bendecir a todos nuestros estudiantes de nuestra comunidad al dar inicio a un nuevo año escolar.

Con sonrisas, entusiasmo y esperanza, regresan a escuela para continuar aprendiendo y creciendo. Como comunidad de fe, los encomendamos en las manos de Dios, pidiendo que los guíe, los proteja y les conceda sabiduría, fortaleza y favor en cada paso de este nuevo comienzo.

Oramos para que este sea un año escolar lleno de aprendizaje, amistades, crecimiento y muchas bendiciones. Que la presencia del Señor los acompañe siempre y que Su amor sea su refugio y fortaleza.

We shared a wonderful lunch at our parish with our magnificent friends from St. Peter and St. Paul Episcopal Church in Marietta and with Greg Stevens from St. Benedict’s Church Episcopal Church in Smyrna.
We are very grateful to the Brotherhood of St. Andrew and to our friends from St. Benedict’s—especially Greg and his wife—for their ongoing support of our food pantry, which helps many families in our parish and community.

To the volunteers of our parish: may the Lord continue to bless you for the love you show our church through your willingness to help.
If you need food or know someone who needs it, please contact our office.

Father's Day at St. Jude's Episcopal Church

Today we honor the fathers who quietly shoulder responsibilities that many never even see.
To the fathers who rise early to provide.
To the fathers who pray for their families.
To the fathers who sacrifice their own comfort so their children have what they need.
To the fathers who lead with love, wisdom, and integrity.
Being a father is about much more than providing financial support. It is teaching your children to love God. It is leading your home by example. It is showing your family what faith, humility, and perseverance look like in practice.

To every father who feels tired, misunderstood, or overwhelmed: thank you.
And to the fathers who give their all while trusting God through every challenge: may the Lord strengthen and encourage you, and reward your faithfulness.
A father who lives according to God’s ways leaves a legacy far greater than material wealth. He leaves a legacy of faith.

Happy Father’s Day to all the extraordinary fathers, grandfathers, spiritual fathers, and father figures.
May God continue to bless you and use you for His glory.

We give you thanks, O Lord, for all who have died that we may live, for all who endured pain that we might know joy, for all who made sacrifices that we might have plenty, for all who suffered imprisonment that we might know freedom. Turn our deep feeling now into determination, and our determination into deed, that as people died for peace, we may live for peace for the sake of the Prince of Peace. Amen.

El domingo pasado nos reunimos en el salón parroquial para la presentación y el inicio de nuestra Escuela Dominical. Es un espacio donde los feligreses pueden aprender y compartir sobre la oración, la adoración y cómo cultivar una buena relación con Dios.
