Like I have been saying...there is a problem.....there has been a problem for a long time. This didn't just happen over a couple of years. This is not trivial saddnes, I didn't get a car for my birthday. This is a deeper issue.

Adolescent girls reported high rates of sadness, suicidal thoughts and sexual violence, as did teenagers who identified as gay or bisexual.

We are so excited to invite all our friends to this event and please share it with potential young middle and high school girls and/or their mothers or fathers. We are having a fun get to know us and our ministry event! Tara will be sharing how it all began almost 6 years ago. We are excited too to share that we are now a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization ! We are starting up again in January and we are praying and excited to see who God will bring to us as we start fresh in a new location!

Renewing Hope is a ministry for teen girls to have a safe place to talk about the hard things in life. We are also are a partner to moms to keep them informed about what is happening in the life of teen girls and offer opportunities to hang out together.

People say you do you and I'll do me. Question is, do you know who the you is to do? We spend a great deal of time working on the outside so people are drawn to us, but are they drawn to the real us. You know the real you with insecurities and flaws. God sees the real us..the good, bad, and ugly and still wants us near. Jesus knew we were disobedient, unfaithful sinners but He died for us anyway. Receive the acceptance of the one who really knows your value because He gave it to you, not other folks. They got there own stuff to deal with anyway.
