What does Joy feel like?

Joy is an energy that vibrates throughout our bodies. It emanates from deep within our consciousness. The feeling of joy is indescribable as it feels different for each of us. For me it feels like a sudden release of endorphins for no reason, just a feeling of euphoria that evaporates quickly but leaves an awareness that life is good. I've always been amazed that this fleeting feeling of pure joy comes at unexpected moments; driving not thinking about anything, sitting in my office just being quiet and there it is! I can't conjure it up. It is totally spontaneous.
