TFC Global

TFC Global TFC Global is a 501(c) non-profit providing chaplaincy services for the trucking industry. Others go into related fields outside of the trucking community.

TFC Global is a nondenominational, nonprofit 501c-3 Christian ministry to the trucking community dedicated to reaching, supporting and encouraging professional drivers. We work to provide an effective ministry to drivers throughout the world wherever there is a significant trucking industry. Our goal is that no trucker should have to drive more than a day without being able to find a TFC Global Fa

ithLife Center. TFC GLOBAL OPPORTUNITIES

Chaplaincy:
TFC Global is Training Men & Women Chaplains. We have a training program that is second only to the military and provides training, credentialing, licensing, and ordination. Some trained chaplains stay with TFC Global and go into trucking companies in their region to provide chaplaincy services at a corporate level. Missions:
FC Global is involved in missions. We have two TFC Global entities in Africa with offices in Tanzania and Malawi and regional directors at those locations. Our need is for someone to come on board and work with them to help them better be able to share the gospel with the trucking community across Africa. We cover all of southern, northern, and western Africa. The person who oversees these directors would be helping with the logistics of working with organizations in the US as well as overseas. Disaster Relief:
FC Global is planning disaster relief services. TFC Global has been feeling God's prodding to start a disaster relief ministry. We need someone to develop this program in partnership with the Midwest Food Bank with whom we already work. The logistics and oversight of this program would help place our chaplains in crisis areas.

CHAPLAINS CORNER

To them God willed to make known what are the riches and glory of this mystery among the gentiles, which is this Christ is in you, the hope of glory. Colossians 1:27----whenever you begin to feel, low, useless, and hopeless, remember that you're only seeing your life from your limited point of view. Your heavenly Father sees much more than you ever could, and He watches you with eyes of love and forgiveness. -- But of Him you are in Christ Jesus, who became for us wisdom from God and righteousness and sanctification and redemption.1 Cor. 1:30-- so do not despair and do not give up. Your heavenly Father knows how to get you from where you are to where you need to be. From feeling low and hopeless to a person through which His glory shines. So today, stay in study of God's word, stay in prayer, stay in faith and continue to align yourself with His purposes for you. He will bless you more than you can imagine and He will lead you on the path to life at its best. Be His light today.
Love and peace in Him.

People ask why we are creating a TruckersLife Care Center model. It is because we see an alternative way to minister to the trucking community and here is why.

People always say:

đź’¬ "Just stop and get some rest."

But drivers keep asking:

âť“ Stop where?

The reality is that many parts of the country simply don't have enough truck parking for the number of commercial vehicles on the road.

Every night, thousands of drivers spend valuable time searching for a safe place to shut down before their clock runs out.

When truck stops are full, drivers often end up parked on:

⚠️ Highway ramps⚠️ Dirt pull-offs⚠️ Industrial roads⚠️ Rest area shoulders⚠️ Remote mountain turnouts

Places that were never designed for overnight truck parking.

After spending:🛣️ 10–11 hours driving🚦 Fighting traffic🌧️ Battling weather📦 Managing delivery schedules

many drivers face another challenge:

Finding somewhere safe to sleep.

And once they finally find a spot?

They still have to spend the night with traffic flying past just a few feet away.

Most people outside trucking never see this side of the job.

They see a truck parked on the shoulder and assume the driver chose that location.

In reality, many drivers are simply out of options.

The trucking industry keeps America's shelves stocked, stores supplied, and freight moving.

But for many drivers, the hardest part of the day isn't the driving...

It's finding a safe place to stop when the driving is over.

Because truck drivers aren't asking for luxury.

đźš› They just want a safe place to park.

Here is a great opportunity for us to put our Faith into Action (James 2:15-17)

Isaiah 58:7 " Share your food with the hungry, and give sheltetto the "homeless." Give clothes to those who need them, and do not hide from relatives who need your help."

INTRODUCING THE TRUCKERS FOR THE HOMELESS TRAINING SERIES
For several months, God has been laying something on my heart that has finally become a reality.
Today, I am excited to release Module 1 of an 8-part training series designed to help equip individuals, churches, ministries, and volunteers to better understand and minister to those experiencing homelessness.
Too often, we see a cardboard sign, a shopping cart, or a tent and never stop to consider the person behind it. Every individual has a story. Every life has value. Every person deserves dignity, compassion, and hope.
This series is not about making anyone feel guilty. It is about helping us see people through the eyes of Christ and providing practical tools to minister safely, effectively, and with purpose.
Module 1: The Person Behind the Sign
In this first video, we take a closer look at homelessness in America, the realities many people face, common misconceptions, and how simple acts of kindness can make a difference.
Future modules will cover:
Understanding Homelessness
Approaching the Homeless with Compassion and Respect
Safety in Street Ministry
The Ministry of Listening
Prayer and Encouragement
Building and Distributing Survival Kits
Sharing Your Faith Effectively
Developing a Heart for Service
My prayer is that this series will encourage, educate, and equip people to become the hands and feet of Jesus in their communities.
Thank you to everyone who continues to support Truckers for the Homeless and the work God is doing through this ministry. Together, we are delivering hope one mile, one meal, and one life at a time.
Please watch, share, and help us spread awareness.https://youtu.be/-En1QhfK2vA?si=oPmSJH2QpR001jFT

PROS OF WORKING NONPROFIT
Your job has actual meaning
You witness real human transformation
Your coworkers become trauma-bonded family
You become capable of solving full-scale crises with no budget and a prayer
You can survive on caffeine, adrenaline, and pure stubbornness
You learn how to do the work of six departments with two people and a folding table

CONS OF WORKING NONPROFIT
The WiFi is an act of faith

Your “budget meeting” is just everyone staring at each other in silence

You learn words like “restricted funding” and immediately lose the ability to feel joy

One donor with $17 suddenly has the authority of Congress

Every email begins with “Unfortunately…”

You are expected to solve generational poverty using a glue stick and leftover spaghetti fundraiser money

Somebody WILL say, “this should be easy to fund”

Half the organization’s operational knowledge exists exclusively inside one random Excel spreadsheet

Working in nonprofit has taught me one very important thing, if you do not develop a sense of humor, this industry will eat you alive.

One minute you’re helping change someone’s life. The next minute you’re explaining why the printer only works if you hit it at a specific angle while somebody asks, “can’t you just get a grant for it?”

It’s exhausting.
It’s chaotic.
It’s occasionally ridiculous.
And somehow, I still can’t imagine doing anything else.

Most of us know a professional driver and most of us know that drivers experience unique challenges in this career choice. TFC Global exists to evangelize, educate and equip members of the trucking community and their families to help them grow in their faith. Check out this video to see how we accomplish this ministry.

Gregory H. Hamm

One of the biggest misconceptions about trucking is that people think it’s “just driving.” It’s not.

Professional drivers manage risk, time, weather, equipment, customer expectations, regulations, and safety decisions every single day—often while operating an 80,000-pound vehicle through some of the most challenging conditions imaginable.

That’s not “just driving.” That’s professionalism. What many people outside this industry don’t see is the level of responsibility truck drivers carry every time they pull onto the highway. They miss birthdays. They work through holidays. They operate while the rest of the country sleeps. And despite the stereotypes that still exist, the overwhelming majority take enormous pride in doing the job safely and correctly. Are there areas our industry needs to improve? Absolutely. That’s why conversations around training integrity, enforcement, and standards matter. But we also need to stop allowing the actions of a few to define an entire profession. Because the reality is this:
America doesn’t move without truck drivers.
Food doesn’t reach shelves.
Medicine doesn’t reach hospitals.
Factories stop.
Supply chains slow.
Communities feel it quickly.
I’ve had the privilege to meet drivers from every background imaginable—veterans, second-career professionals, single parents, entrepreneurs, and first-generation Americans—all united by one thing: Pride in what they do.

What’s one thing you wish the public better understood about professional truck drivers? Learn how you can help make a difference in their lives.

Come join Poiema and TFC Global International Christian Trucking Association in the fight against Human Trafficking. Don't be fooled to believe it isn't happening in your community.

NJ Pastor Indicted on S*x Trafficking and Forced Labor Charges. Treva Edwards and his wife allegedly recruited victims with personal struggles. Stories like this have been happening all across the country on a daily basis.

As May comes to a close and summer begins, many of us are looking forward to vacations, camps, family gatherings, and a slower pace of life.

Summer is often a season of rest and renewal.

But for many vulnerable children and teens, summer can also mean less structure, increased isolation, more time online, and fewer consistent points of connection within their communities.

That's why the work of the Poiema Foundation doesn't slow down during the summer months.

In fact, summer is often one of our most important seasons.

Through our Education, Outreach, and Safe House initiatives, we continue working every day to protect the vulnerable, assist in efforts to locate missing children, and provide restorative care for survivors rebuilding their lives.

Summer can also be one of our most challenging seasons. Vacations, changing schedules, and the natural rhythms of life often make it difficult to maintain the volunteer consistency that our Outreach efforts depend on.

As vulnerability increases during the summer months, our need for volunteers often increases as well.

If you've ever considered getting involved, this summer may be the perfect opportunity.
