Mable’s Kitchen, a subsidiary of City of Joy International, Inc. (COJI), was named after Mattie Mable Battle in 1995. COJI in the outreach ministry of International City Christian Center, Inc. (ICCC), originally based in Columbus, Ohio in 1991.

The founders of ICCC/COJI, Drs. Charles and Tina Battle continued the kindhearted gestures, of Mother Battle in four states in the US, and abroad. Mable’s kitchen now based in Marietta, GA serves 100’s weekly.

ICCC and COJI gives honor and tribute in the passing of Mattie “Mable” Battle in her passing on yesterday.

February 3, 1927 - March 16, 2023 (96 years young)

Mable was known as the little 🔥 redhead part Black-Apache & caucasian woman who fed, clothed, housed, and comforted even her enemies. R.I.H. Mable 🙏🏽🙏🏽
