ope you will join us for a Sunday Service to experience for yourself what Mountain View Church is about. We would like to greet you personally and answer any questions you may have. We realize that coming to a new church can be a bit overwhelming, so we would like to invite you to relax. Come as you are. Know that you are among people who serve a God of Grace and Love and who want to help you experience that. Our worship is a blended worship combining some of the great hymns of the faith with many of the well written contemporary choruses. It is a mixture of celebrational and reflective praise. We believe everyone should have the privilege of worshiping in their own 'worship' vernacular. Therefore, we seek to make our worship meaningful to people of all ages. Our emphasis is upon the expositional teaching of God's word. Most of our message series are done in a verse by verse fashion teaching the historical meaning of the passage while making it applicable and relevant to our everyday lives. KidZone and Primary Children's Church:

Additionally, you will find excellent and exciting kids' programming during our worship time. All children are dismissed to KidZone and Primary Children's Church following a meaningful time of worship with their parents in the 'Big Church.'

We hope you will join us soon!

In the Book of Genesis 24:10–27, Abraham’s servant begins his difficult journey with prayerful dependence upon God. As he watches Rebekah’s kindness, hospitality, and servant-hearted character, he recognizes God’s hand in providing a spouse capable of fulfilling the Lord’s covenant promise through Isaac. Even in the excitement of answered prayer, the servant pauses to worship and give thanks, reminding us to seek God first and honor Him when He faithfully provides.

In Genesis 23, Abraham faces the death of Sarah with real hurt, real hope, and real righteousness. He mourns honestly, trusts God’s promises, and acts with integrity as he secures a burial place in the land God promised. This passage shows that faith doesn’t erase grief—it shapes how we respond to it.

In Genesis 22:19, we see God testing Abraham, asking him to give up arguably his greatest blessing, Issac. Abraham trusted God fully, even when he didn’t understand. In the end, God provided and affirmed Abraham’s faith, showing that trust in Him is never misplaced.
