to the entire world and proclaim the gospel. With a strong apostolic vision, Rivers of Love Christian Church feels there is a mandate from God for all Believers to:

- Be trained and released to fulfill their purpose and destiny in the earth
- To be a Witness of the love and truth of Christ
- Reach into their local and international communities providing love, care and resources
