This Sunday is Family Worship Day! All 1st-5th graders will join their families for a great day of worship at 11:00. We will also have communion. Below is a great conversation starter from our very own Ryan Raymond! Take a look and see how you can help your kiddos!
I can’t wait till Sunday!!

Dear eKid Parents,
This coming Sunday is one of our Family Worship days. This is a time when your kids get to see how you worship, and you get to see some of what they do in worship. One of the components of our service is that we, as a church family, will take Communion together. For many kids, this may be their very first time participating.
We encourage anyone who has trusted in Jesus as Savior to participate. This is a wonderful opportunity to talk with your child about their faith. If your child hasn’t made that decision yet, that is completely okay! This Sunday can simply be a beautiful teaching moment.
Here is a quick guide to help you prepare your child's heart at home this week:
TALK ABOUT IT BEFORE SUNDAY:
Ask: "What do you think Communion means?"
Ask: "Who is Jesus, and why did He die for us?"
Ask: "What does it mean to follow Jesus?"
READ ABOUT IT TOGETHER:
Luke 22:19–20 (The Last Supper)
John 3:16 (God's love for us)
CHAT ON THE WAY HOME:
Ask: "What stood out to you during Communion today?"
Ask: "Did you feel nervous, excited, or curious?"
Ask: "Do you have any new questions about Jesus?"
Thank you for leading your children spiritually. We are praying for your family and cannot wait to worship with you this Sunday!
Grace and peace,
Ryan Raymond
