🎉🙌🏾 To God be the glory! With joyful hearts, we celebrate Dr. Patricia B. Lott on her selection as Assistant Supervisor of the Democratic Republic of the Congo 2nd Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction!
Dr. Lott, we thank God for your surrendered “yes”—“Oui, Seigneur!” and “Me voici, Seigneur!”—Yes, Lord, and Here I am, Lord! Your life reflects the Word: “Her children arise up, and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praiseth her” (Proverbs 31:28). We have witnessed your grace, excellence, wisdom, and holy devotion as a Proverbs 31 woman- wife, mother, mental health leader, preceptor, First Lady, District Missionary, published author, and faithful supporter to DR Congo for more than a decade. Through your local church, your books, and your Shaklebusters ministry, your voice and witness have reached beyond borders, bringing encouragement, healing, deliverance, and hope to lives around the world.
Dr. Patricia Lott, for these 10 years, you have walked this journey with us not simply as one accepting an assignment, but as one embracing a divine call. You have prayed, planned, served, taught, encouraged, covered, corrected, raised, gave, recruited and stood in the gap with a heart fully yielded to God. In moments that required patience, you gave grace; in seasons that required structure, you brought excellence; and in spaces that needed hope, you carried the light of Christ. We have seen your faithfulness up close, and we do not take it for granted!
Thank you for loving Congo, believing in the vision, and continuing to say yes even while your gifts are opening doors all over the world. Your service has strengthened this jurisdiction, blessed our women, encouraged our leaders, and helped build something that will outlive this moment. As you step into this new place of NATIONALLY appointed leadership, we are humbled by your continued commitment, honor the journey behind you, celebrate the oil upon you, and look with hope toward the greater work God will do through you. Oui, Seigneur—yes, Lord—may your continued yes keep making room for His glory for generations to come❣️ Félicitations, Dr. Lott! 🎉🙏🏾
