This Mother’s Day, we invite you to a special Sunday Worship Service dedicated to honoring the faith, strength, and love of the women who shape our lives. Mothers are often the first to plant the seeds of faith in our hearts, and we want to take this time to lift them up in prayer and gratitude.

Summer 2026 is looking PROVEN! 🏀⚽️

​Looking for a life-transforming week for your 7th–12th grader? Registration is officially open for the FCA Summer Camp at Hardin-Simmons University!

​When: June 15 – 19, 2026
​Where: Abilene, TX
​What: 5 days of competition, "huddle" small groups, and relevant teaching.

​Cost: $395 - Scholarships available

Join us for our second session in our study of Elijah.
We will be reviewing chapters 2 and 3.

CHERITH: The Part Nobody Sees
• When you're going through times of separation from your usual surroundings, remember you are not separated from the One who's promised to sustain you where He's placed you.
• Sometimes, in order to get us adequately prepared for the moments to come, God may not allow us to return to the way things used to be, the place where we could easily become lulled into complacency.
• Even with everything you've endured and the difficulties you've faced, you'll see the faint outline of His holy shield that was keeping you guarded, protected, and secured.

ZAREPHATH: The Season of Refining
• We must identify times of divine unsettling so we can release our grasp on one season and willingly move forward to the next.
• We can either resist or surrender to divine disruptions, both in attitude and in action.
• No one has a monopoly on God's grace...His redemption plan is much larger than one single nationality or class. It includes people from every tongue, tribe, nation, and station.

🐣 Rain or Shine: Easter Egg Hunt Tomorrow! 🌷
​We are so excited to see everyone at the First Baptist Church, Marfa tomorrow for a day full of food, fun, and fellowship!
​While we are praying for clear skies, we want everyone to be prepared:
​☁️ Bundle Up: It looks like it might be a bit chilly, so make sure the kiddos (and you!) wear a warm coat.
​☔ Rain Plan: If it rains, don't worry—the hunt is still on! We will simply move all the festivities indoors.
​🧺 Reminder: Don't forget to bring your own basket!
​The Schedule:
​11:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Sunday Service
​1:00 PM: Easter Egg Hunt, Cake Walk, Free Food, and Snow Cones!
​We can't wait to celebrate with you at 205 N. Austin St. See you there!
