The Orchard Evangelical Free Church The Orchard is a multi-site gospel church in the Chicago area with 6 congregations. The Orchard is led by Senior Pastor Brad Wetherell and our Campus Pastors.

Suffering and evil are realities none of us can avoid. We experience pain in our own lives, we see brokenness in the world around us, and at times the weight of it all can wear us down.

How should Christians think about suffering and evil? How do we persevere in faith when life is painful, the path forward is unclear, or hope feels out of reach?

At this upcoming Friday Forum, Pastor Porter will provide a biblical perspective for a broken world, offering honest reflection and gospel hope for those weighed down by suffering and evil. This event is for all ages and stages of life and will include a panel discussion following the talk.

If you have ever wrestled with suffering, evil, or the question of where God is in the midst of it all, this Friday Forum is for you.
