INCLEMENT WEATHER NOTICE

For Sunday, Feb 1, 2026

The UU Church of Marblehead will be open tomorrow – Sun Feb 1st. We will have Sunday Seminar at 9am, Sunday Service at 10.30 and the Meeting House Series at 2pm with the Film. All three of those events will also be on Zoom. Please see the url’s below.

We want to caution everyone – some of the roads and sidewalks are somewhat cleared - they are not perfect. There may be a slight amount of snow falling during the day, but no large amount of accumulation, it will be very cold [wind chill in the low numbers], parking very limited [only parking on one side of Mugford, none on Harris, very limited elsewhere].

If you are coming to church – and we are ‘encouraging’ you – please ‘carpool’ with your neighbors. We will be ordering pizza for those that will be staying at the church for the 2pm Meeting House Series. Jay promises to make some extra special coffee and we can make cocoa. No fires in the fireplace, but the church is warm, and if you can find a parking space… all are welcome. We will also have all three events on Zoom – so there is that ‘blessing’.
