A great drive this year! For our part in it, we collected 92 jars for ICS, plus another 146 for our Outreach Center.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who donated peanut butter during July! Your donations totaled more than 15,000 pounds of peanut butter to date—equivalent to approximately 15,000 jars and counting!...

We are collecting school supplies to help stock La Paloma Academy, our next door neighbor! Many supplies are currently on sale, so if you are out and about, pick some up and bring them to the church on Sundays. We have a collection table at the back of the sanctuary. Thanks to all who have brought so many supplies already!

Our monthly food distribution is Saturday, August 15, starting at 8:00 am, at 13610 N. Sandario Rd. Please come, and spread the word! The food is free and the welcome is warm.

Please join me to pray for our children.

Heavenly Father,

As our children prepare to return to school, we place each one of them into Your loving hands. We ask that You go before them, walk beside them, and remain with them every moment of every day.

Grant them wisdom to learn, courage to stand for what is right, kindness toward others, and peace in every situation. Protect them from harm, discourage fear, and surround them with friends and teachers who will encourage them to grow in knowledge and in faith.

May they always remember that they are deeply loved by You and that they are called to be a light wherever they go. Help them reflect the love of Christ through their words, attitudes, and actions.

We also pray for every teacher, school staff member, and parent. Give them patience, wisdom, and strength as they invest in the lives of these children.

As the Christian Education Ministry at Community Christian Church of Marana, we pray that our students will continue to grow not only academically but also spiritually, becoming young men and women who love You with all their hearts and boldly live out their faith.

We dedicate this school year to You, trusting that You have great plans for every child.

In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray.
