Dear church family,
We wanted to give you an update on our ministry plans for TCC regarding the concern with Covid-19. After prayer and much consideration, Thursday morning and evening ministry meetings, along with Men's Breakfast will be postponed until further notice.
All Sunday services will be conducted as normal. Our leadership and teachers will be screened for symptoms according to the Health Order (see below).
Our reason for these decisions are to ensure that we can maintain the priority of the corporate gathering on the Lord's Day for worship, while minimizing exposure and risk that comes with our additional ministries and shared meals during the week.
Having said this, we need to ensure we do the following.
According to Governor Inslee's Health Order released today (via Dr. Jeff Duchin Local Health Officer), we need to emphasize that if anyone is sick (including children, all volunteers and classroom teachers) please stay home. Please consider this as a ministry to each other, especially our youngest and elderly of our congregation.
If anyone is considered a higher risk, we encourage you to stay home, even if you are not sick.
For Sunday service, if you need to stay home, the live stream is available to you. The stream normally starts around 10:45. Click on the link below to visit our Youtube channel:

Continue to pray for our state and its leadership for wisdom in decision-making. But more important than the recent health concerns is our desire to take these moments as opportunities to preach the Gospel to those around us. The Lord brings challenges for a purpose; to sanctify His church (Rom 5:3-5) and to soften the hearts of the unbelieving to a much more pressing danger of being without the Lord Jesus Christ (Heb 4:12, John 8:24). God is good, all the time!
We look forward to gathering with you to worship the King who is on His throne!
