God’s sovereignty doesn’t mean every question gets answered neatly.

It means God is present in the middle of what feels unresolved.
It means God is not overwhelmed by the complexity we carry.
It means we can bring our questions, grief, confusion, and hope honestly before the One who holds all things together.

On Sunday, Pastor Britta reminded us that the sovereignty of God is not a call to pretend life is simple. It is an invitation to trust that God is with us in the complexity—and that nothing we face is beyond his care.

May we learn to rest, not because we have all the answers, but because we are held by the God who does.

One encounter with Jesus could change everything.

Not because everything gets easier overnight.
Not because every question disappears.
But because when we encounter Jesus, we encounter the One who sees us, loves us, calls us, heals us, and invites us into new life.

Patience isn’t passive.

Sometimes it looks like waiting
IN the Lord.
WITH the Lord.
FOR the Lord.

Not rushing.
Not forcing.
Not giving up.

Just trusting that God is still at work—even in the waiting.

These were good words to sit with this Sunday.

Which one do you need most right now: IN, WITH, or FOR?

God is patient. And honestly… thank God for that.

Not patient like passive.
Patient like present.
Patient like staying.
Patient like refusing to give up on people.

Pastor Nick opened our new series God Is by reminding us that God’s patience is enduring—and that endurance brings us hope.

He doesn’t rush our growth.
He doesn’t abandon us in our wandering.
He meets us there, again and again.

His patience is part of how He transforms us.
Not through pressure, but through presence.
Not through shame, but through mercy.

If God is patient with us, maybe patience is how we begin to look more like Him.
