Expressions of Praise - Part 2

In Matthew 6:9-13 as Jesus taught us how we ought to pray, He began and ended His prayer with statements of praise to the Father. I try to pattern my prayers in like manner. I want my prayers to be filled with words of praise to God for all that He is, and all that He does. However, I often have trouble finding the right words to use. I usually find myself using the same phrases over and over again, and I feel as though I’m not giving God all of the praise that He is due.
The scriptures are filled with Psalms, hymns, and prayers that are full of words used to praise and express adoration of God. I find it helpful sometimes to open my Bible to certain Psalms or prayers that contain these types of expressions, and read them as I pray to God. I recently began compiling several of these statements of praise to print out and keep in my Bible so that I can have them all in front of me as I pray. Below is part 1 of that compilation.
