Reserve your spot through Eventbrite. This helps us prepare for attendance and accommodations.
‼️ Please Note: RSVP through Eventbrite DOES NOT complete your registration.
Leaders and volunteers must RSVP as well so we can maintain an accurate headcount.
After registering on Eventbrite, participants will receive:
✔️ An on-screen confirmation
✔️ A confirmation email
✔️ Instructions for completing the required participant forms through Church Center
📝 STEP 2: Complete the Required Participant Forms
EVERY participant must complete the Church Center forms — including leaders and volunteers.
These forms include:
• Emergency Contact Information
• Medical Information
• Liability Waivers
• Important Participant Details
For the safety of all participants and protection of the ministry, these forms are REQUIRED and cannot be skipped.
