Greetings!

We are back on for the baptism at Smyrna SDA Church this coming Sabbath, January 31. We will all be heading up to Smyrna SDA Church to worship with their members, and hold our baptisms at their facility. This includes Sabbath School, divine service, and potluck.

Regarding potluck, we will be eating with Smyrna church members together. So please plan to bring food as usual as they are a smaller church than we are.

Note that the Pearland SDA church building will be closed. Please spread the word around so that we don’t have anyone showing up unknowingly!

A Mother’s love

In the sentence pronounced upon Satan was given an intimation of redemption. “I will put enmity between thee and the woman,” God said, “and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel.” Genesis 3:15. This sentence, spoken in the hearing of our first parents, was to them a promise. Before they heard of the thorn and the thistle, of the toil and sorrow that must be their portion, or of the dust to which they must return, they listened to words that could not fail of giving them hope. All that had been lost by yielding to Satan could be regained through Christ. Ed 27.1- What a promise!🙌🏾🙏. Happy Sabbath everyone
