What an incredible week in Waynesville, NC! Our student ministry returned home late last week, and we are still blown away by how God worked throughout our trip.

Going into the week, our theme was SENT. We had no idea just how perfect that theme would turn out to be. Our students stepped way outside of their comfort zones and were remarkably bold in their faith every single day.

Here is a look at what our team got to do while serving the Waynesville community:

Helped Hazelwood Baptist Church run a fantastic Vacation Bible School.
Served at a local homeless shelter.
Assisted with projects and at a local campground.
Walked throughout the community, actively seeking out people to pray for and encourage.

We are so proud of these students for living out what it means to be SENT. Thank you to our church family for all the prayers and support that made this trip possible. God is on the move!

Amazing things happening in North Carolina!

Rollins Christian Fellowship Church is doing a youth mission trip in the North Carolina area, and have about 20 plus people including youth out and about doing a prayer walk!

It's so amazing to see these youth stepping out in faith and obedience praying for other people!

No Student Ministry Night This Week!

Our students and leaders are currently away on our summer mission trip! Because we are away, there will be NO SMN tomorrow night.

We will be back to our normal schedule next Wednesday from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM. Please keep our mission team in your prayers while we serve this week!

Youth group is on for tonight! Even though it is a holiday week with the 4th of July this Saturday, we are still meeting from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM.

Since it is the first Wednesday of the month, we are kicking things off with a meal. Parents, you can take the night off from cooking, and students, you get a free dinner.

Come hungry, bring a friend, and get ready for an awesome night. See you all at 6:30 PM!

Youth Group is tonight!

Students in 6th grade through high school are invited to join us from 6:30–8:00 PM for a great evening together. We'll spend time hanging out, playing games, worshiping, and studying God's Word.

Bring a friend and come be a part of what God is doing in our student ministry. We look forward to seeing you tonight!

Due to the chance of rain, we are moving tonight's movie night indoors.

We are still meeting from 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM

OUTDOOR MOVIE NIGHT

Wednesday, June 10th, from 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM in the Church Parking Lot. If the weather decides not to cooperate, no worries at all. We will just move the party inside the building.

While we will have chairs available, you are highly encouraged to elevate your comfort level. Feel free to bring your favorite picnic blanket, a bean bag, or a comfy lawn chair. You might also want to grab a hoodie or jacket for when the sun goes down.

Grab a friend, come hungry for popcorn, and let's kick back for an awesome night. See you on June 10th at 6:30.
