As we’re nearly halfway through the week, we want to just honor and celebrate our VBS Team.

Thank you to everyone who has given their time, energy, creativity, and love to help make this week special for the kids!

It was a blessing to worship our heavily Father this morning with everyone! We praise Him for giving us his Son to go to the cross and defeat death.

VBS is coming fast! Reminder to register!!

Scan the QR code! We expect to be a fun and blessed week for your kids and for you as well! Remember there will be an adult class so if you’d like to sit in as your kids have fun, register as well!

Psalm 42 is the prayer of a believer struggling with his desire to be near God but feeling so distant. He asks his own soul “why are you so downcast, oh My Soul”. There’s a comfort we can gain from this because it shouldn’t make us feel ashamed of our own honest faith. It’s not always perfect. If we can be honest, we all struggle with this. But the Psalmist in the end still puts his Hope in God alone. In the midst of his deep sorrow and despair, he chooses to praise Him.

Whatever you’re going through, continue to trust in Him. Bring Him your honesty. Bring Him your doubts and questions.

May this be a blessing.
