This Sunday we were reminded that this series wasn’t just about remembering where god met someone else. The God who saw them sees you too. You are known and seen by God. You are seen when you feel overlooked, unworthy, and still waiting.

“You have searched me, Lord, and you know me. You know when I sit and when I rise; you perceive my thoughts from afar. You discern my going out and my lying down; you are familiar with all my ways.” - Psalm 139:1-3

When someone we love stops suffering, those who love them begin carrying a different kind of pain.

And sometimes we don’t know what to do with that. We’re grateful they aren’t hurting anymore, but we still want another conversation. Another hug. A little more time.

Can I encourage you today? You don’t have to pretend you’re okay to have faith in Jesus. You can trust Him and still cry. You can have hope and still miss someone deeply.

He sees you right there.

You don’t have to face hard days alone.

That is one of the beautiful parts of the Church. Some days life is messy, heavy, and broken, but Jesus never called us to carry it all by ourselves.

He is the One who restores. He is the One who comforts. He is the One who heals. And sometimes, He puts people in your life that you did not even know you needed.

If you have been walking through a hard season by yourself, this is your reminder: you were made for community.

We would love to walk with you.

This week in Kid Co we learned all about the Bible! We took time learning how to find books, chapters and verses in the Bible and had some fun reading a few passages.

Faith verse: 2 Timothy 3:16 “All scripture is inspired by God and is useful to teach us what is true.”

Over the next few weeks we’ll be talking all about what the Bible is and what it means for our lives.

In Mark 5, everyone was touching Jesus but one woman reached for Jesus. She is introduced as her suffering but Jesus addresses her as daughter.

Your suffering doesn’t get to tell your story, and waiting doesn’t mean you’ve been forgotten. There’s a God who sees you!
