Skyvue Funeral Home - Mansfield, Texas

Hello everyone! Please share if able.

We are looking to add to our Skyvue family by hiring one or two funeral assistants that can provide the following daily tasks.

- Assist on funeral services by greeting attendees, handing out service pamphlets, assisting with floral and photo placements, loading/ unloading flowers, caskets, stands etc.
- Cleaning prior to and following services, arrangement conferences, visitations including the restrooms
- Assisting on removals at residences, hospitals, facilities, etc.
- Must be able to lift and carry heavy items
- Professional, courteous, sincere and patient
- Must be able to work at least every other Saturday
- Other tasks may include assisting with dressing and casketing loved ones
- The ability to use Word and Publisher is a bonus and if not then we can teach you.
- Over time, the ability to stay and oversee visitations which are generally from 6:00-8:00 pm Monday-Friday

We have been blessed to help many families throughout the years and would like to hire one or two more people that will feel the same way.

We are a single family owned and operated funeral home and cemetery combination.

Salary will be discussed with Claud Estes, Daniel Estes and Robert Ortiz (FDIC)

Standard hours are 8:30-4:30 pm Monday-Friday and Saturdays starting at 9:00 am

Closed on Sundays.

Families and friends,

With the colder months now approaching in Texas, we will be facilitating a coat and blanket drive from December 13, 2021 - January 3, 2022. All donations will be made to Union Gospel Mission in Fort Worth, Texas. If you feel willing or able to donate any new or gently used coats or blankets, we would greatly appreciate it and if you are unable to make a donation, please feel free to help us and share this post. This is our first year of doing this and feel that we have been so blessed and we would like to be able to extend our reach to helping others in the community.

Drop off Time and Location: Monday – Friday between 8:00 am – 4:00 pm or Saturday between 9:00 am – 1:00 pm at the front desk at Skyvue Funeral Home: 7220 Rendon Bloodworth Rd. Mansfield, Texas 76063.
