Easter is a time for us to celebrate the resurrection of our Lord and Savior, the Perfect Lamb, Alpha and Omega, Jesus Christ. God is all-loving, and because if that, He wants you to love all those around you. In the Book of Mormon, Christ teaches that contention is not loving, and is not good. Contention is a type of arguing that promotes anger and disdain, rather than understanding and compromise.
When you contend with those you love, you distance yourself from God and leave scars on your relationship that can only be healed through Christ's infinite Atonement.

This beautiful scripture is amazing! It's mentioned in at least these three books, which shows its importance. In the surrounding scriptures, Christ teaches that because God cares for even the sparrows and the Lilies of the field, He cares for you as well!

This is a beautiful painting that always leaves me wondering what Christ is thinking about. What would a perfect being ponder? I imagine that, among other things, He must've pondered often on the goodness of God. In the Book of Mormon, it speaks of "tender mercies" from the Lord. Call them what you may: miracle moments, hugs from heaven, God's hand in your life, or coincidences, they're God's way of showing you that He loves you!
