Hey there HC Fam! 👋🏾

Just a reminder that we are making a little shift in our regular discipleship programming to hopefully help it be accessible to everyone!

BEFORE ➡️ things almost every day of the week.

NOW ➡️ all you have to do is reserve Sundays 10-12:30 and Wednesdays 6:30-8 and you won’t miss any regular things!!!

We will always have something on Wednesday nights (besides holiday breaks) and we will alternate between Community GROUPS (men and women accountability groups) and Community STUDIES (men and women together studying the Word).

It starts TONIGHT 6:30-8pm at the church! ⛪️

Men and women’s community groups will meet in different spaces of the church ☺️❤️

We can’t wait to see you!! 🎉

As we head back to school, there’s lots of excitement BUT ALSO a lot of big needs.

❤️ The students learning a new rhythm, surrounded by temptations, and giving a lot of themselves
❤️ The teachers & staff absolutely pouring out for the sake of their students day in and day out
❤️ The parents worried about their kids, advocating, and shepherding the weary after-school hearts & minds

We believe that the Lord hears our prayers and cares intimately about us. He sees our need and knows how to answer it in the way that is best.

So how can we pray for you this week? How do our students / teachers and staff / parents need to be lifted up? 🙏🏽

Be as specific or as vague as you feel led and we will pray over them! 🩵

We are praying this attached prayer over them all:

🕯️ That the Lord would give you wisdom and understanding as you seek Him
🕯️ That your actions, small and large, would be honoring to the Lord and bear fruit
🕯️ And that as you do this, the Lord would become your best friend — that you would know and love Him more than ever before!

Thursday, August 6th we have the absolute privilege of the Cyrs joining us to share about what God is doing through their ministry!

End of summer is certainly busy, but it is not often that we get to have missionaries come speak with us, so you will NOT want to miss it! 🥳

We will share a meal at 6pm and hear from the after! We will also take a love offering for them to help support their mission! Let Mel know if you would like to help with the dinner 🥰
