A declaration of war. A pink slip. A final decree of divorce.

The most world-altering notices rarely come bound in massive books—they often fit on just a single sheet of paper.

Tomorrow morning at Good Shepherd, we are wrapping up our series, "Single-Page Priorities," with a powerful look at the tiny but explosive book of Philemon: The Priority of Reconciliation.

True relational healing isn't easy, and it cannot be forced. Tomorrow, we will unpack practical, biblical guidelines required to mend what is broken, showing how every fractured relationship can find its true healing at the foot of the Cross.

Come ready for a dynamic, 72-hour practical challenge that could completely restore a broken relationship in your life this week. Grab a pen, open your Bible app to Philemon, and join us!

Pedestals are out; aprons are in. 🎽🔥
In a world obsessed with titles, status updates, and top-down authority, Jesus flipped the pyramid upside down. He measured true greatness by the size of your servant apron, not the height of your pedestal.
Starting Wednesday, June 3rd at 7:00 P.M., Good Shepherd is launching an exciting new multi-generational study: Beyond the Badge: Reclaiming the Apron of Biblical Service.
This isn't a lecture where you just sit and listen, and it's not divided by age. We are bringing teenagers, young parents, marketplace workers, and senior adults to the exact same tables for an interactive, family-wide conversation.
Whether you are: 👋 A teenager navigating peer pressure on campus, 💼 An adult balancing workplace stress and family life, 🛡️ Or an ordained deacon called to shield the pulpit and help care for the flock...
This study is our shared blueprint. Together, we’ll learn how to step off the bench, lock arms with leadership, extinguish friction, and unlock explosive spiritual breakthroughs right here in our neighborhood.
Clear your calendar, bring the whole family, and let's learn how to serve on purpose.
See you on Wednesday, June 3rd at 7 PM!

Good morning!

Throughout Scripture, God consistently warns His people that the company they keep shapes the character they develop. From the warnings of the Proverbs to Christ's call to radical discipleship, the Bible reveals that true spiritual transformation requires an intentional pursuit of godly models. Ultimately, our earthly fellowships are meant to reflect and reinforce our primary allegiance to the ultimate, unchanging influence of Jesus Christ.

Good morning! In a world dominated by constant notifications, digital noise, and endless scrolling, how do we cut through the chaos to find what truly matters? 📱💬

This Sunday, we are kicking off a brand-new, 4-part sermon series called Single-Page Priorities, diving into the shortest letters in the New Testament that pack the absolute biggest spiritual punch.

Whether you are raising a young family navigating the digital age, a busy adult looking for solid footing, or a senior adult who treasures deep, authentic community—this series is for you. We are starting with "The Priority of Love" from 2nd John. Together, we’ll discover why true Christian fellowship can’t be fully experienced through a screen, and why face-to-face connection changes everything.

Come catch up with friends, find encouragement, and study God's Word with us.

BIG IMPACT. small space.
Life is complicated, but your priorities shouldn't be. Many people feel overwhelmed by the Bible’s size, but some of its most life-changing advice fits on a single page.

Starting this Sunday, we are launching Single-Page Priorities. We’re diving into four "one-page wonders" of the New Testament—short letters written for people who didn't have time to waste. If you’re looking for a practical way to grow or a fresh start in your spiritual journey, these four weeks are for you.

What to Expect:
The Priority of Love: How to navigate relationships with truth and kindness.

The Priority of Influence: Why who you follow determines where you land.

The Priority of Responsibility: Taking ownership of your own faith and future.

The Priority of Reconciliation: How to fix what’s broken and move forward.

As 2nd John 1:6 says "And this is love, that we walk according to His commandments; this is the commandment, just as you have heard from the beginning, so that you should walk in it."

Join us this Sunday at 11 AM. It's short, it's bold, and it's exactly what we need right now.

Ever feel like you’re carrying a heavy weight you just can’t shake? ☁️

There is a powerful word in the New Testament: katakrima. It means more than just a "guilty" verdict; it refers to the actual sentence or penalty that follows. It describes that feeling of being stuck under a debt you could never possibly pay on your own.

But here is the incredible, life-changing news: while sin brought a sentence of condemnation, Jesus stepped in to offer a completely free gift. Through His finished work on the cross, the "sentence" has already been served for everyone who accepts His free gift of salvation.

The Bible describes this beautiful shift in the book of Romans:

Romans 5:16 ESV "And the free gift is not like the result of that one man's sin. For the judgment following one trespass brought condemnation (katakrima), but the free gift following many trespasses brought justification."

Romans 5:18 ESV "Therefore, as one trespass led to condemnation (katakrima) for all men, so one act of righteousness leads to justification and life for all men."

Romans 8:1 ESV "There is therefore now no condemnation (katakrima) for those who are in Christ Jesus."

In Christ, the gavel has fallen and the case is closed. The verdict over your life is Not Guilty—not because of what we’ve done, but because of what He did for us. 🙌✨

If you’re looking for a place to walk in that freedom and grace, we’d love to have you join us for Sunday Worship at 11 AM. We’ll be right here waiting to welcome you!

Good morning!

Jochebed's courageous actions in Exodus 2:1-10 illustrate the parental calling to protect and prepare the next generation against a tide of cultural opposition. Through strategic pianning and reiiance on God's providence, she established a foundation of faith that equipped her son to fulfill his divine destiny.
