Look at how good and pleasing it is when families live together as one! - Psalm 133:1 CEB
You are warmly invited to an Ecumenical Prayer Service this Friday, January 17, at 6:30 PM, at University United Methodist Church, 1120 S. Harrison, East Lansing, MI. In the spirit of unity, leaders from diverse Christian traditions will join together to lead us in worship.
Co-officiated by Bishop David Bard of the Michigan Conference of The United Methodist Church, Bishop Earl Boyea of the Catholic Diocese of Lansing, and Bishop Craig Satterlee of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of America, this special gathering is a profound expression of our shared faith and hope.
Through prayer, scripture, and song, we will celebrate the bonds of fellowship that draw us together across denominational lines. This service promises to be a time of blessing, renewal, and peace for all who attend.
We encourage you to bring your family and friends to this sacred time of connection and reflection. Together, let us answer the call to be one body in Christ, witnessing to the power of God’s love in our world.
We look forward to welcoming you this Friday evening!
