THIS WEEK IN WORSHIP
This Week In Worship - we will begin again, in the Gospel of John. This summer, as we have done previously, we will go back and look at passages from our focus gospel that we didn’t cover the rest of the year. So - back to the Gospel of John. This week’s passage is John 1:1-14. This passage has some of the most powerful, poetic, profound words in all the Gospels. Take some time to read and consider - what does it have for us - for you - today? Hope to see you Sunday. Till then, be blessed.

THIS WEEK IN WORSHIP
This week in Worship, we will be concluding our mini-series on “How do we live, now that Jesus is risen. Our passage is from Colossians 3:1-17. Some of this will sound similar to some of our previous passages. Take time to read, meditate, and pray. What do you see that is new, that we might add to our understanding? Hope to see you all on Sunday. Till then, be blessed.

THIS WEEK IN WORSHIP.... we continue our series considering how we are to live as followers of Jesus now that Jesus is risen with a short text from Philippians 3:12-14. Take some time to read and consider. Ask yourself, talk to God, how am I doing? Be honest. What drives you? Or, what are you striving for? Then, come Sunday, and let us consider together what Paul has to say. We will join in fellowship, praise, and prayer. Hope to see you there. Till then, be blessed.

THIS WEEK IN WORSHIP....
we will take another look at love - from a slightly different perspective. We are at week two of our four-week series, “Living Easter.” The passage we will consider is Ephesians 5:1-11. Take some time to consider what God is saying to you. Maybe think a little….how is this unique from last week? Is it? What am I to do? Then, come on Sunday for Worship - it will be Mother’s Day and we will recognize and pray blessings for mothers. Come to worship. Come to praise. Come for the fellowship. Come! Hope to see you there. Until then, be blessed.

THIS WEEK IN WORSHIP.....We will be shifting gears a little. We will begin a four-week mini-series, from Paul’s letters, on living out Easter. This week, we will look at Galatians 5:13-26. There is a lot in there. We won’t cover it all. But we will talk about some “practical ways” to live the spiritual reality of Jesus’ resurrection. Take some time to read and prepare. And, especially, spend some time in personal examination and reflection in advance of Communion. Hope to see you all on Sunday. Until then, be blessed.

THIS WEEK IN WORSHIP
This Week In Worship - we will be singing about Easter and share one final Easter story to begin the service. Our message will be on Paul, now working for Jesus. Specifically, we will look at Acts 16:16-34, where we find Paul in prison. It seems a timely message to consider how Paul responded to adversity. Take some time to read, meditate, and pray. Then come on Sunday, and let us join together in worship! Hope to see you there. Till then, be blessed.

THIS WEEK IN WORSHIP.... we will be singing more songs celebrating Jesus’ resurrection. And we will begin to look at how the message of Jesus was to be spread after the resurrection. We will be looking at a story in Acts 9:1-19a. Here is the story of “the calling of Saul” (Paul). Next to Jesus, there may be no bigger figure in the Christian faith. What can “little old us” learn from the beginning of his story? Take some time to read and reflect. Then join us on Sunday as we celebrate and praise, and spend time in God’s word. Hope to see you Sunday. Till then, be blessed.

THIS WEEK IN WORSHIP....we continue to celebrate Jesus’ resurrection! We spent a lot of time getting ready, and we are going to spend more time savoring, celebrating, praising God, and thanking God. Our message will look at what happened next, after Easter morning. You can get a head start - and a heart start - by reading and spending time in John 20:19-31. As you read, try to put yourself in the sandals of the disciples. How would you have responded then? How should we respond now? Things to think about till Sunday. Hope to see you Sunday. Till then, be blessed.

THIS WEEK IN WORSHIP
This Week In Worship - it is the time we have all been waiting for. Sunday will be Easter. But first, join for worship on Thursday at 7 PM for Holy Thursday service, remembering Jesus in the Upper Room with the Disciples before his arrest.

Then, come Friday, at 7 PM for Good Friday to remember Jesus on the cross, dying for our sins.

THEN, come Sunday to worship and celebrate Jesus Risen! The celebration begins at 6:30 AM with Sunrise service in the Prayer Garden - followed by Breakfast for all. Then, we will have the “normal” schedule of services with a big celebration for Jesus’ resurrection. The message will be from Colossians 3:1-4 - to help us understand, the story of Easter in John 20:1-18. Take some time with both of these passages to get ready for Sunday. Hope to see you on Sunday. Till then, be blessed.
