JESUS SAYS, “FOLLOW ME”—NOT PEOPLE.
There is a powerful difference between following Jesus and simply following the crowd. People can influence you, opinions can change, traditions can shift, and even those around you can lead you in a direction that is not God’s will. But Jesus remains faithful, unchanging, and true.
Going to church is important, but Christianity is more than being part of a crowd. It is about having a genuine relationship with Christ. Do not measure your faith by how many people are walking beside you. Ask yourself: Am I truly following Jesus, obeying His Word, and allowing Him to lead my life?
Sometimes, following Jesus means walking a different path. It may mean standing alone when everyone else chooses the easier way. It may mean letting go of habits, relationships, pride, and desires that pull you away from God. The road may not always be comfortable, but Jesus never promised that following Him would be easy—He promised that He would be with us.
Do not follow people just because everyone else is following them. Follow Christ because He is the Way, the Truth, and the Life.
Let your faith be rooted in God’s Word, not in human approval. Let your decisions be guided by prayer, not by pressure. Let your heart belong to Jesus, not to the opinions of the crowd.
Church can point you toward God, but only Jesus can truly transform your heart.
Today, choose Jesus.
When others go left, follow Christ.
When the crowd says “yes,” seek God’s will.
When you feel alone, remember that Jesus is still beside you.
Follow Jesus—not the crowd.
Follow His Word—not human opinion.
Follow His truth—not temporary trends.
Follow His voice—and let your life glorify God.
🙏 “Lord Jesus, give me the courage to follow You even when I have to walk alone. Keep my heart faithful to You and protect me from being led by the crowd. Let my life reflect Your truth, Your love, and Your will. Amen.”
