Wow it has been so long. Taking a moment today to send an update to our community here in Manhattan. A facebook post is not able to sum up everything we wish we could share and explain but realize that it is helpful for communicating where we are at together. Due to the ongoing pandemic, it has not been possible to host large worship nights safely here in Manhattan the way we have in the past. After needing to cancel MHK ONE last semester and seeing the recommended covid precautions continue to linger into the fall we have made the decision to not host worship nights for the foreseeable future. In addition, members from our team have been in locational transitions and we have been taking this time to sort through a way forward together. We hope to be able to invite you in on what that will be very soon. In the meantime, stay safe and keep loving the city of mhk with the love of Jesus. He has been what this entire thing has been about. If we could encourage you to do anything this semester it would be to gather your friends and dream with Jesus. This entire thing started with that simple idea. He is so eager to partner with us as his kids — This pic is from our big event from last fall and kinda sums up what the last 6 months have been like where everything is looking different than what we thought. Big day for our dude Cutter Gage!!! If you have been to something we have hosted the last few years, chances are you know this guy. His debut solo EP “Sojourner” is out today wherever you listen to music. He has been a faithful leader and friend in our community and we couldn’t be more stoked for him and this release. These songs are pure hearted prayers birthed in an intimate place with Jesus. We hope that these songs are a blessing to you and your family during this pandemic and we can’t wait to do something again will all of you guys once it is safe to do so!

Hey all. To help our city with the prevention of spreading COVID-19, we are canceling our worship night this sunday night. Our hope is to reschedule but will keep you guys posted here as we know more and the situation develops locally. Feel free to help us get the word out to people you know. Talk soon ✌🏽

HEY ALL. WE ARE BACK. Here is a lil 2020 update. Currently gearing up for a good semester here in mhk. Wanted to update everyone on who we are and what we do and what we have planned this semester. We are some people that love Jesus. We love to worship him. We love doing that together with our city. It’s pretty special. Some updates on our gatherings:

Prayer Sets: Due to the capacity and availability of members of our team we have decided to not regularly host prayer sets on Wednesday nights like we did this past year. If and when we decide to host one we will just communicate here and let y’all know what’s good!!

Monthly Worship Nights: Currently setting dates for these and will let you guys know as soon as we know! These are special to us and it’s where we just get to worship and hear from Jesus.

MHK ONE: UM YES IT’S HAPPENING. Currently working on setting a date for this night. We are dreaming big big big ideas into this night this semester so will keep you in the loop as those develop further but for now just stay tuned :)

All in all we just wanted to say that we are really excited for what the lord will do here as we continually seek him together as a city. We love that you are here and following along and we want to do a good job at communicating that. Love y’all and talk soon once we get some dates in the calendar :)

WHAT IS GOOD! First school day of 2020 is here! Been taking a break from the media to rest and gear up for this semester but we are meeting as a team this weekend to plan out the majority of what our semester will look like. Just here to say that we are alive and well and gonna keep ya in the loop for any and all things MHK Worship this semester. If you are new here we are so stoked you are following along this community and what Jesus is doing. Will be posting some more updates soon :)
