Happy birthday, Pastor Mike, and Happy Pastor Appreciation Sunday!
We know your birthday was on Friday, but we couldn’t let this special occasion pass without celebrating you in a meaningful way. We wanted to surprise you with something that reflects not just who you are as our pastor, but who you are in the lives of so many people who love and appreciate you.
We believe the most meaningful way to thank you is through the voices of those whose lives you have touched so deeply.
Our congregation is grateful beyond words for the beautiful memories we’ve created together, for the difficult moments you’ve helped us through, for the laughter we’ve shared, and for the warmth, hope, and joy you bring into our lives.
You have a remarkable gift for making faith feel personal, meaningful, and connected to real life. Through your words, your humor, and the way you care for others, you remind us that faith isn’t just something we believe in on Sundays, but something we carry into our everyday lives.
You have been more than a pastor. You have been a friend, a source of comfort, a voice of hope, and a beautiful example of what it means to lead with love.
And while you spend so much of your life reminding others how loved and valued they are, today we wanted to return that gift to you.
Because sometimes, even those who give so much of themselves need to be reminded of just how much they mean to others.
