Just a quick reminder of our floral policy:

Fresh cut flowers may be placed on gravesites at any time throughout the year. The following conditions apply:
•Only temporary flower containers are permitted
•Floral items will be removed by cemetery staff when they become faded, damaged, or unsightly.
___________________________________________
Artificial flowers may be placed on gravesites seasonally only. The permitted period is:
•From October 1 through the tenth (10th) day following Memorial Day
•Artificial flowers placed outside of this authorized period will be removed and discarded by cemetery staff.
___________________________________________
The placement of commemorative items is strictly PROHIBITED at all times. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to:
•Statues
•Vigil lights, including solar lights
•Glass objects of any kind
•Pinwheels
•Balloons
•Memorabilia or keepsakes of any type
•Any prohibited item placed on a gravesite will be removed and discarded by cemetery staff without notice.
___________________________________________
Please also do not bring out mowers or trimmers as we have a dedicated team that is taking care of this for our fallen.
Also, please do not spray the turf as we have hired out on this and this is being taken care of as well. Thank you.

We want to gently remind our families and friends that the North Dakota Veterans Cemetery has two live web cams available 24/7 at www.ndvcf.org.

While the video quality is not the finest, it was very important to the North Dakota Veterans Cemetery Foundation and the staff of the North Dakota Veterans Cemetery that these cameras be available for those who are unable to visit the cemetery in person. We know that for many, simply being able to see the grounds and feel connected matters deeply.

It is also our hope to continue improving this service in the future so that more areas of the cemetery can be viewed through the web cams.

We are honored to support meaningful ways for loved ones to stay connected to this sacred place.🇺🇸

❤️A heartfelt thank you to our incredible Giving Hearts Day 2026 donors. Your generosity and support mean so much to us. Every dollar donated this year will help purchase a replacement for our worn-out utility vehicle, a critical piece of equipment used almost every day at the Cemetery.

We are deeply grateful for each and every donor who makes our work possible. Your kindness helps us continue caring for this special place.

Thank you again for your generosity and support.

❤️February 12th - Happy Giving Hearts Day 2026!❤️ The North Dakota Veterans Cemetery Foundation is raising funds to purchase a new utility vehicle for the North Dakota Veterans Cemetery—replacing one that’s worn out after years of daily use.

This utility vehicle helps staff daily with essential work throughout the grounds so every Veteran is cared for with the dignity they deserve.

If you’re able, please consider a gift today—any amount makes a difference. And if you can’t give, sharing this post helps just as much. Thank you for supporting our Veterans. ❤️🇺🇸
