He Came Out With His Wife and Said “Our Baby Is Alive”

We tried to talk to all the people going into Planned Parenthood Wednesday morning but it was very hot and they didn't stop. After a short time, a man came outside to smoke. As he sat in his truck with the door open, he listened as a voice from the sidewalk talked to him about her son. She told him, "My son is your age. He recently became a father and you should protect your family." He seemed upset and punched the truck tire before going back inside. It wasn't long before he came out with his wife and said, "Our baby is alive." Before he drove away, he stopped, smiled, and said, "We're keeping her." It was wonderful to see the change in his demeanor.

PP schedules seven or eight surgical abortions Wednesday mornings and ten or more pill abortions in the afternoon. Losing one customer shouldn't bother PP, but they will call the couple that walked out and try to talk them into coming back for the abortion.

The first Safe Haven Baby Box in New Hampshire has opened at the Fire Station on the corner of Merrimack and Pine streets. This is an option for parents who realize they are unable to provide for their new baby and do not want their identity known. It is a difficult decision, but done out of love.

40 Days For Life Manchester, NH is looking for a new campaign leader. Their next campaign begins September 23 and runs through November 1. Applications open in June. Blessing of Manchester Safe Haven Baby Box Today!

A life-saving resource will soon be available in New Hampshire. Safe Haven Baby Boxes and the Manchester Fire Department are excited to announce the blessing and official unveiling of New Hampshire’s first Safe Haven Baby Box located at the Manchester Fire Department, 100 Merrimack Street.

The ceremony will take place on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, at 1 PM EST. This Blessing marks the 443rd Safe Haven Baby Box in the nation and the 1st in New Hampshire, expanding access to safe, anonymous surrender options for mothers in crisis.

Twenty-five states have baby box locations to provide hope in the face of a crisis pregnancy. The program has facilitated 77 baby box surrenders and assisted with over 200 face-to-face surrenders. The National Hotline, 1-866-99BABY1, provides free counseling 24/7 before and following a surrender.

Three states have launched their first baby box this year, South Dakota, Maine and now New Hampshire. Safe surrender is extra relevant to the Manchester, NH community after a baby girl was found floating in Pine Island Pond in March of last year. The heartbroken community has taken action to avoid this heartbreaking tragedy from occurring again.

We would like to give a special thank you to Catherine Kelley, Pennacook Pregnancy Center, and Father Jason Jalbert, Saint Joseph Cathedral, who poured their hard work, heart, and dedication into bringing this Baby Box to our community. Your commitment to protecting the most vulnerable and ensuring families have safe options has made a lasting impact, and we are deeply grateful for your efforts in making this life‑saving resource a reality.

Safe Haven Baby Boxes Founder, Monica Kelsey shared, ““New Hampshire amended its Safe Haven law to allow baby boxes in July of 2024, but it wasn’t until an innocent baby girl was tragically found in a pond that the urgency to place a box in a community truly took hold,” said Safe Haven Baby Boxes Founder Monica Kelsey. “Sadly, we see the heartbreak of abandoned babies far too often. But we also see the hope that safe surrender provides for mothers in crisis. When these babies are placed with loving adoptive families, we witness how a painful situation can be redeemed. We are grateful to now be in New Hampshire and hope more communities choose to be proactive rather than reactive.”

The public is encouraged to attend this community event and learn more about how Safe Haven Baby Boxes help protect vulnerable infants and support parents who choose a safe, legal alternative in moments of crisis.

We Never Stopped Praying for Her

Seven months ago, we had the chance to speak to a woman who was headed into Planned Parenthood. It was surgical abortion day at Manchester's PP. She said the baby's father did not want the baby. She was worried he would be angry if she didn't have the baby aborted. She works and has teenagers at home and didn't know what to do.

We walked her up the street to Pennacook Pregnancy Center and that was the last we saw her until she recently surprised us on her way to visit the Pregnancy Center. She was overjoyed to tell us about her baby due very soon.

We never stopped thinking of her. We never stopped praying for her. We are so grateful she took the time to come back to see us. Sometimes, we never find out what happens to the women who, at the last minute, change their mind and drive or walk away without keeping their appointment with the suction machine.

Unfortunately, PP continues to do many pill abortions several days a week. Wednesday is surgical abortion day and that is usually the only day people are on the sidewalk asking women to reconsider and make the right choice for life for their baby.

An Ambulance Arrived at Planned Parenthood 🚑

An ambulance arrived at Planned Parenthood after a call for help for an unresponsive person. A woman was taken away in an ambulance just after 1:30 pm. It was a bad day at Planned Parenthood for more than just this woman.

An hour before the ambulance, we noticed a young couple leaving, the woman stopped in the middle of the parking lot, bent over and gagging. She made it to the vehicle and bent over again, gagging. We observed four more patients coming out of PP who appeared to have difficulty walking. All of these women walked in on their own and came out minus their baby and looking not ok.
