"Identify Yourself"
John 13:34, 35

Pastor Tim continued our "Do More Than Before" series with a passionate call to "Identify Yourself" Love More.

Building on Jesus’ words in John 13, Pastor reminded us that love is not simply a feeling or a slogan—it’s the actual evidence that we belong to Christ. This “new commandment” is not new in principle, but new in power and experience through Jesus’ death and resurrection.

Pastor shared a vivid story of a roadside accident where he felt led to help a stranger in danger. Later, the Holy Spirit gently challenged him: “You helped someone you don’t know—can you show that same love to those you do know?” The story served as a humbling reminder that genuine love must reach beyond our comfort zones and into our daily relationships.

Welcome to the Community Fellowship Church page. We're glad you're here! We pray you are blessed by the Palm Sunday (rebroadcast) “Trust That Walks Toward the Cross”!

Trust isn't running away; it’s courageously walking toward what God has called you to do—even if it’s uncomfortable. The Palm Sunday crowd shouted “Hosanna,” but their trust was misplaced—they wanted political victory. Jesus came to bring eternal salvation. When everyone praises you for what they think you can give them, stay focused on the purpose God has given you. True trust often looks like obedience in the face of fear—Jesus knew the cross was ahead, yet He still moved forward.

As we enter Holy Week, remember: the victory we celebrate on Resurrection Sunday began with trust on Palm Sunday. Jesus walked toward His purpose when others misunderstood Him. Let His example remind you—God’s plans for you are good (Jeremiah 29:11). Even in seasons of pain, the Father can be trusted.

Quote from Pastor Tim: “When you truly trust God, you say yes before you even know what the question is.”

Bible Study: "the ACTSion" (Acts 21:26-36)

“When the Parade Is a Charade”

Pastor Tim continues the bible study series, "the ACTSion" in Acts 21:26-36.

He begins by sharing that even when we act carefully and faithfully, striving for unity and peace, acceptance isn’t always guaranteed. The Apostle Paul’s story in Acts 21 shows that following Christ faithfully can attract misunderstanding, opposition, and even persecution—but God’s calling never changes, even when the crowd does.

The crowd may shift, but the calling never does. When grace confronts tradition, when courage challenges comfort, and when truth shines through misunderstanding—God’s purpose still stands firm.

Like Jesus entering Jerusalem, Paul experienced shouts of welcome that turned to cries of rejection. Both faced false accusation and misunderstanding. The message for us: don’t be surprised when walking in Christ’s footsteps leads through the same kind of crowd. The calling of God is steady—even when the crowd is not.

When your obedience is misunderstood, stand strong. When your inclusion is criticized, love wide. When your calling is tested, keep walking in truth. The same God who sustained Paul in chaos and raised Jesus from death still keeps you today. Trust Him when the crowd shifts—because His purpose for you never will.
